In my practice, I specialize in healing attachment styles using a powerful, evidence-based approach called Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS informed therapy helps you understand and work with the different “parts” of you — like the one that always tries to keep the peace, the one that gets angry and pushes people away, or the one that believes you're unlovable. These parts aren't broken. They developed for a reason — often as a way to protect you. Together, we help them heal.
